Facing problem with nvidia 1070(laptop gpu)

I have a gigabtye laptop model # p57x v6. I am facing some problems with it.When i try to play games it will crash(game) and while doing benchmark (valley on dx-11,heaven on dx-11)the nvidia gpu switch to intel gpu after a few second and sometimes it crash.Event viewer show 2 errors nvlddmkm with error id 13 and 14 and a sudden 100% spike on nvidia gpu section on taskmanager on 3d section. But when i do benchmark on heaven on dx-9 it don't(nvidia gpu) swicth to intel gpu.I did lots of thing but nothings work.I applied new thermal paste,did clean installation of both nvidia and intel gpu.newly installed windows 10,underclock gpu, underclock cpu and gpu .nothing helps.
