2080 Ti FE fans

So i got a 2080 ti FE and when i start my pc the fans go wild like 100% for 2-3 seconds. But after i reach windows it goes back to normal. Is this ok? Or should i be worried?

Some motherboards do that, if I had to guess that's probably all it is. Not an issue that would actually harm anything, just more of an annoyance.

it's probably slightly unhealthy for the fans, check if there are fan settings in the bios.
