PENTIUM G4560 OVERCLOCK

Hello all,

Im running a G4560 on a Asus Prime H110-P.

Recently I installed an RX580 and my cpu is bottlenecking.

I understand it's very difficult (if not impossible) to overclock this CPU.

 

But maybe someone here knows if this can be done?

Ps. Also, I have 8gb ram on single channel, if I add 8 more in dual channel will these help the processor keep up with the GPU somehow?

Try intel XTU, your odds are at 0 out 2. If that doesnt work you pretty much cant.

It will but I wouldnt bother. %1 to %2 increase is just not worth it with the current ram prices.

Overclock: no. It wont be hitting any power limit either so it cant go faster

 

More RAM wont help unless you're near maxing it out. Adding dual channel can help in some cases but usually no, with a CPU this weak
