My pc goes into bluescreen, please help me.

It usually crasches when i play Rust which is a game that relies on a good cpu. i have an i5 9600k 3.7 GHz. The game developers recommends an i7 but i know a friend who also has an i5 and can play  rust without any problems.

My pc specs are an i5 9600k, GTX 1660 armor 6gb, 16gb ddr4 3200mz ram, ASUS PRIME Z390-P motherboard, two fans that are already icluded in the case, cooler master hyper 212 Evo cpu cooler, 1tb of 7200rpm 64mb harddrive, 120 gb corsair MP300 SSD and a Be Quiet! Pure Power 11 600W CM power supply
