NH-D15 chromax.black (or Dark Rock Pro 4) or NH-U12S chromax.black (or Dark Rock 4).

Or if you don't mind the looks, NH-U12A or NH-U14S. These two are within margin of error of each other and are not too far behind the D15, though you'll have to check for height clearance with the U14S since it's quite tall.

Noctua NH-D15. It's overkill, but well within your budget. You can also get of their one tower coolers, it'll cool a non k 8700 just fine.

If the cooler height is lower than your case allows, then a great choice.

Ah, case allows 161mm coolers, Noctua is "without fans" 160mm and with fans 165mm. Yet it should fit, as fans can be slided lower.

It would work, and very well at that. You need case fans to get air in and out of the case. How you arrange them is your choice. Preferably with a slight positive pressure.

Is the aio broken or just running loud? Im not exactly an aio-lover but if you have one, its usually smarter to just use it till it dies. Corsair bundled those with horrible fans and with something like 10-15£ you can make it a lot better and quieter. Just buy two Arctic p12 pwm pst fans. Low stock everywhere on those but white ones are still available.

@Jeppes Yeah the fans are so bad its unbelievable main reason for my switch is it goes to 80c while gaming sometimes and I hate high temps like that  specially since I paid for aio for decent temps. I will buy the 2 Arctic p12 fans you linked how much of an improvement will it give me (Drastically, small amount ect)

Hard to say about temperature improvements but Arctic p12:s are great value on noise and perf. If you look into a review, it show p12 fans on a radiator being 12.7dB quieter than the ones on h100i. 12dB pretty much doubles the loudness.

I cant see a problem as p12:s are also 25mm thick.

Thermalright Le Grand Macho RT, True Spirit 140 Power. Both are as good or better than Noctua D15, and definitely better than anything from BeQuiet.
