CPU question

This is my cpu at the moment, can anyone help me? Is the speed and utilization is correct?

Why wouldn't it be?

You're likely not stressing the CPU.

Hi. Two things. Yes, that's normal. When you open a web page or something the cpu gets used a lot to load all of the assets and stuff.

Caps lock means above 40 Years old. But CPU speed changes and is used at lower speeds when is not under stress. Now the 100% pin, will always be there when you open task manager

You're likely not stressing the CPU.

I'm worried about the sound of my cpu fan because it tend to be noisy when the speed hits 2.65ghz
