Which air cooler to get?

Viper_the1st

Noctua NH-D15, Dark rock pro 4, or deepcool assassin 3?

I kinda want the dark rock pro 4 for the screwdriver tbh.

Also, is it possible to replace the fans on the coolers with silent wings 3?

The DRP4 is sexy AF with that gigantic brushed aluminum top.

NH-D15 is the most reliable air cooler available imo. It has 6 year warranty which shows how Noctua believes in their products that the customer will use them without an issue. Also when a new CPU socket comes out, I have heard that they send you the proper mounting kit for free. Basically your grandchild can use them.

The performance of these coolers will be very similar, so you need to consider the looks, noise level and reliability.

I don't think that I can ever purchase a fan/cooler without the Noctua branding on it. I am pretty happy with my NH-U12S and NF-S12B case fans.

Le Grand Macho RT is better and quieter than a D15 and comes with a nifty screwdriver.

It also won’t block your ram at all like a D15 will.

Or Zalman CNPS20X
I have it and recommend it. But I got it for cheap.

Though it needs a long screwdriver for installation process, and there is no screwdriver included.

I edit my posts more often than not

What cpu are you cooling with it? If its not a +200W monster, look into Scythe Fuma 2.
