I want a good psu gold rating fully modular. what is a good brand to go with?

For the PSU a RM550x would be a good choice. 
 

 

As for your build, overkill and overpriced AIO, case is extremely airflow limited and fans are (probably) outperformed by cheap arctic F12s.

Yes, for the budget he could get a lot more performance/value. But if he's going for looks (which he does, judging by the part-list), he pretty much hit the nail on the head.
