My ryzen system is really unstable

After few  I open a pretty heavy app

For few minutes

Like blender,some games,etc

I got blue screen or suddenly restart

Is that because single channel ram

My system:

ryzen 3 3200g

Single channel ddr4

ASRock a 320m hdv r4.0

Other specs? (PSU, etc...)

Temps?

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

No single channel got nothing to do with it. You probably don't have enough ram, or maybe there's some bug / error.

Do you remember what the error code in the bluescreen.

Whenever there is any issue with your computer's hardware or if there is any issue with its hardware driver softwares, then the blue screens are generally seen.  Sometimes, a  low-level software running in the Windows kernel also causes the blue screen. Using of regular apps doesn't cause blue screen until and unless there is some hardware related issue. If an app crashes, it will do so without taking the operating system along with it.

A blue screen occurs when Windows encounters a “STOP Error.” This critical failure causes Windows to crash and stop working. The only thing Windows can do at that point is restart the PC. This can lead to data loss, as programs don’t have a chance to save their open data.

When a blue screen occurs, Windows automatically creates a “minidump” file that contains information about the crash and saves it to your disk. You can view information about these minidumps to help identify the cause of the blue screen.
