pc for a friend

it doesn't work like that dude.

like i said, i rather give him something reliable that runs cool then a stronger card that runs like an oven and just clocks down all of the time to lower the temps.

either get something good or dont get it at all.

i wont just go and buy the cheapest 2080 ti just to say that i have a 2080 ti because the performance will probably not be the same as a mid end/high end card if the cooler cant cool the card, so i rather just get a high end 2080/2080 super - same as my friend's situation.

dude can't you understand some people are making a joke :)

oh i see

from the list i have recommended above, what parts are available what parts arent?

hmmmm....

thats 1671 dollars...

put a rog strix version cause the gigabyte one is out of stock

g.skill's ram is very expensive in my country and there are not alot of options so i put corsair 16gb 3200mhx cl16 ram

and the motherboard is a b450 aorus pro

rog strix, well, is ROG STRIX. thier bound to be more overpriced than regular cards. are there no other brands?

b450 aorus pro is not a bad choice :)

about the RAM, thats okat lol the gskill was at 3600 mhz, the corsair's at 3200, no major difference.

whats the cheapest card you can find?

😕

oh i see, then maybe look into your options with the 2060 super.

if even the 2060 super doesnt fit, consider cutting down to a 5600xt or a 2060

😕

yeah i think ill go for the 5600xt cause 2060 supers are really expensive for his budget

does it perform better then a 2060 super? or is it better to go for a gigabyte 2060 windforce oc version.

2060 supers and 5700xts are priced the same. check if you can get the GB WFs  cards at a reasonable price. maybe nvidia cards are more popular in your country than nvidia

the 5600xt does not perform better than a 2060 super, but does outperform the 2060 by a teeny-tiny margin in some cases

uhh i dont know...

theres a difference of 400 shekels - around 120 dollars which is quite a bit in my country between the 2060 and the 2060 super
