adata D60G vs D50 at same price ?

both 3600mhz , cl18.20.20

d50 is solid al heatsink while d60 is plastic...

 

more important , what memory die are they? or do they matter?

Blah heat sinks are over rated. They look nice and most people don't over volt memory enough to actually need them. All for looks and nothing more.

 

These sets could be Micron or Hynix. You won't know until you purchase them.

yes rams are barely warm . 

they actually have more older models

I would buy the newest model if leaving heat sinks out of the conversation. The only older model to purchase would be the Samsung B-Die but it's generally more expensive.
