leagueoflegend Game freezes and turns off monitor

I recently upgraded my system because I simply wanted more fps and better graphics. My specs consist of...

• ryzen 5 1600
• sapphire rx 580 4gb
• 1x 8gb DDR4 Ram V-color 2666hz
• 1x 4gb DDR4 Ram corsair 3000hz
^ the total amount of ram is 12gb running at 2666hz
• GA-A320M-S2H

• 500w gigabyte power supply

 

Overall this system performs amazing in terms of fps, but the problem that i’m having might seem like drivers or gpu issue.
I play different games like rust, valorant, but

mostly League of Legends (LoL)

 

THE ISSUE...

 

The issue that i’m having with LoL but happens with most games is that after I load into the match my game freezes for 3 sec and turns off my monitor causing me to die in lane. I can still hear the game in the background after the screen turns off. The game always tabs out, so i tab back in therefore, repeating the issue. 

 

I searched for a solution but nothing fixed the problem.  I tried running the game in administrator, disabling high dpi scaling, upgrading my drivers, cleaning my drivers,  turning every preset off in the AMD software. My current AMD drivers are 20.2.2 because the issue is less consistent. 

 

Please help me find a solution and thank you for your time!
