Program to manage and open programs

Hi!

 

Does anyone know if there is a program that can open a list of programs and make the windows a spesific size and place them where I want on the monitor I choose? I remeber I had one like 10 years ago for windows xp, but I don't remember what its called. 

 

Thanks in advance and any other program that could do part of what I need would help.

Just put shortcuts on the desktop on the monitor and in the position you need them?
