Where is safe to download Wii games

I wanna play Wii games with my PC using dolphin emulator; does anyone know a safe website to download Wii games from?

tbf they don't sell wii games anymore anyway so it doesn't effect nintendo.

Dolphin TOS specifically say to not use pirated game files. It is made to play games that you own on a Wii in your PC.

I already own some Wii games but I don't have an SD card to transfer them over. Pretty sure it's not illegal to download games you already own.

Not how the copyright laws work. Nintendo has copyright for 50-70 years or until they decide otherwise. Until such time this forum is not place for asking help on piracy.
