There are way to many factors to affect that

Watch a reputable source Like gamer Nexus or hardware unboxed.

Make sure your not page filing

Look at ram usage when doing your workload.

Well then

I don't want to say this is the difinitive reason

But it has to do with it.

Your running in single channel

Effectively cutting your bandwidth. Which is part of the problem.

As I said

There are too many factors to affect that

"Similar specs" do not mean anything.

You need dual channel memory for bandwidth, it can really impact system performances.  Get another kit and sell the one you already have.  Check the qvl list for which memory to pair with your motherboard.

Also, depending on the brand and model of power supply your gpu might not have the full power it needs to performs at 100% ... Check the cpu and gpu use while playing and also monitor the temps.

I9 10850K

EVGA RTX 3080 TI FTW3 ULTRA

32 Gb Crucial Balistix ddr4 3600mHz 16-18-18-38

MSI Z490 Tomahawk

Fractal Design Ion+ 860W platinum

Arctic Liquid Freezer II, 360mm

WB Black SN750 NVMe ssd

my cpu runs from 70-80%

my gpu is 30-35%

my ram is 67%
