My PC won’t boot and I need help!

Hey guys, I previously had a build with a b350 tomahawk and i switched it out for a Asus prime X570-p, and i had it working and into windows earlier, but i needed to do some cable management (which is not done so dont roast me) and install a different cpu cooler. After this, it started doing this weird thing where it would turn on for a second when i hit the power button, then turned off. I’m not sure what happened and any help is appreciated.

Emailed Newegg yesterday and told them about the problem, they said they would replace it with no charge, thanks for everyone who helped!
