Is This Good For Streaming Games ?

Hiii LTT community ,

I'm currently looking for components for my future build. I would use a pc specifically for gaming, streaming and video editing, photoshop.

My friend told me to get a i9 10900k that would be more worth it so I don't really know 

 

Edit: would this build have over 240fps in valorant or fortnite while streaming ?

240fps isn’t worth it unless you are competitively playing a game (as a job). 
 

nvenc will handle the streaming side fine, however if you have a 2700usd budget and can’t fit in a 2080ti you should drop down on some other parts.

400 dollar monitor is included  so 2300. Im sorry I didn't mention before
