help! Thoughts on my $600 build

Budget (including currency): 30000 PhP ~$600

Country: Philippines

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Online School, some esports games, maybe streaming.

 

I would like to build a $600 pc for online classes (lol) and a bit of 1080p gaming. I'm not sure if it is a good time to build right now especially for the rumors of ryzen 4000 and rnda2. But rn, I'm gaming on a laptop with i5 4210u no dgpu and 4gb ram.

I'm from the Philippines and prices for pc parts sky rocketed for the past few months due to influx in demand for wfh and online classes. I will use 50 PhP = 1 USD for conversion.

So here it goes:

CPU: Ryzen 3100 ($120) *
GPU: Sapphire rx580 4gb used ($100)
Mobo: MSI B450 pro vdh max ($93)
Ram: Avexir Core 2 2x8gb 3200mhz ($88)
Storage: Gugabyte M.2 nvme ssd 512gb ($70)***
Psu: Cooler Master MWE 600W 80+ Bronze ($73)
Case: Tecware Nexus M TG ($37)

 

 

*I'm also considering R5 3500 ($157) I'm not really sure if it is worth the extra $40
***I have a 500gb hdd on me. So i think that is enough, but I'm open for recommendations.

what are the prices on the cx450/550 PSUs?

Cx550 goes for $75 and cx650 goes for $78 and no stocks for cx450

I’m not sure the 3100 will be good enough for streaming, but you said that’s only a possibility. I think it’s an overall good build and I don’t think waiting for ryzen 4000 would be worth it. AMD generally launches from top down, so it will be a long wait for a 4000 cpu at your price point.

I just saw it in an online shopping platform here in Ph. It ships from China but has a pretty much good reviews.
