I need help with my RAM

I need help.

 

My pc is running an 15-9600K with 16 gbs of corsair 3000mhz memory (all you need to know)

When looking at the RAMs performance it is only running 2166mhz - and when i change it to 3000

games crash on startup

 

what do i do?

try with one stick at a time 

if that did not work 

try with both sticks, check your vccio/ vccsa voltage. and try setting it to 1.1
