i cant join any online matches for some reason i get this error message it cant find any

what is the error message?

I live in misery USA. my timezone is central daylight time which is either UTC -5 or -4 because the government hates everyone.

I mean take a screenshot. on widows this can be ocomplished use the windows key, shift and s at the same time and selecting your entire screen.
