i bought a gaming laptop in 2018 it has a 4gb 1050 and i7 7700hq its underpreforming badly and hardly running roblox and minecraft at even the lowest setting i use the gtx1050 and not integrated graphics

Check your temps whilst gaming. Ever cleaned it out from dust?

We can try and help you fix it, but we can’t magically make it run faster. 
 

Start with @jaslion’s suggestion of checking temps and cleaning the laptop, then come back.

Based on your responses you don't understand what we mean by clean it.  We mean take it apart and remove all dust from the interior (and repasting).  However before doing this you should boot your PC up, download HWMonitor, run some Minecraft and Roblox, and then take a screenshot of the temperatures and show us.

i cleaned it from the interior  @Tristerin @gloop i will immediately check my temps

Based on that very tiny fraction of a moment of testing you are likely thermal throttling. 

 

Perhaps you can play the game for 10 minutes and THEN give us the results please.

It looks like you might be running off the iGPU going from HWMonitor. The temps seem normal to bough for a laptop, in Minecraft if you press F3, what GPU does it say you are running?
