Is the MSI GM11 Gaming Mouse a good budget option?

I have been looking for a mouse for my new setup but I do not want want to spend overly much. Yes, I know you get what you pay for, but my budget does not stretch that far for something like a SteelSeries Rival 600.

 

The mouse does have Omron Switches, which I assume are half decent.

 

I am not a mouse Connoisseur so any help would be great!

I am not particularly interested in a High refresh rate monitor as i won't be gaming too much, mainly for 1440p video editing and some 3D modelling
