when i got my new monitor any time i went on google and started scrolling down on ant tab the monitor wood go yellow for e short period of time 

i dont know why it happens

Without more data I can only request you provide a video and more hard data like the GPU you are outputting from, the type of cable connection, and the exact monitor you purchased.

 

Either way, step 1 is ensuring its plugged in 100% correctly.  If its, for example, older VGA etc, if its loose it can cause color issues.

my gpu is gtx 760 soon to be gtx 1660 super and i have a asus tuf vg27vq and i am using the dp cable that came whit the monitor

i have ben noticing that the problem is more relevant in pages whit black backgrounds like netflix, msi web page, steam, epic game store.

Have another cable to test?  Typically the cables that come with monitors are of the lowest quality (high end DP cables are more expensive)

i just tried and it has nothing to do whit the cable

Did you:

 

1.) Reseat current cable

and/or

2.) Try another cable

 

Honestly you don't want it to be the monitor or the GPU so I would check the cables first as they are a likely culprit.

Take cable out from both PC and monitor, and ensure its plugged in correctly (with DP you should have a latching cable) by replugging it in (re-seat it into the slot)

 

If you have no spare DP cable to eliminate the cable from the potential issue I would then get on a white screen and jiggle the cable around at both the GPU and monitor output/input areas trying to cause the issue myself with the cable/connection directly.

 

If you don't have a spare also, hook up an old monitor - issue still persist?  (or is this your first monitor, if so got a TV?)
