Windows is not using all of my ram

Essentially, I have a 16gb dual channel kit installed in my PC but Windows has only ever seemingly used a maximum of 7.3gbs. It sucks that I paid for 16gb's just to only be able to use less than half. The strangest part is it says that 16gb's are capable yet I've NEVER seen it use more than 7.3 gbs.

Please help.

RAM is there to be used when needed, it isn't used full out all the time.  Like your PSU, it supplie the power needed, not all 650w all the time.

Horsepower in a car, etc.

I'd be more upset (in your way of thinking) about your 17% CPU and 13% GPU... not getting your monies worth there even less!!! :)

You're good, Keep opening more tabs in Chrome and you'll be at 16GB used in no time :)

Also, looking at that Task Manager, 2133 RAM is either really slow, or you haven't enabled the XMP profile to OC it to whatever speed the sticks are rated to run at.
