Cheapest gaming PC for Forza Horizon 4

What would be the cheapest way to buy a gaming PC that could play Forza Horizon 4? Would it be used on ebay, or buying cheap old parts. The game should run comfortably buy it doesn't have to be amazing graphics, just a good experience.

i saw in your other post that your budget is 300. If you really want to keep it under and squeeze the most out of it- buy an optiplex and grap a ssd, used rx570/580.
