free program to change my voice in vc?

ok so i have a very specific problem. 

 

i'm a trans girl, and therefore i naturally have a deep voice. i'm currently trying to train my voice to make it sound higher, and i'm getting quite good at it, but the issue is i have to concentrate in order to do it and it's quite tiring, i wouldn't wanna do it for a whole gaming session. 

 

so, i'm looking for software that's free, that can change my voice to make it higher. does that exist?

Voice Mod is a program ive used for streaming and discord. Also, havent played with it at all, but you might be able to use like Voicemeeter Potato or something and change the frequency of your voice through it playing around with EQ settings.
