Does more RAM make games runs better?? (In terms of Quality)

Yes, and no. Depends what you're playing and what your other hardware is.

 

Pretty much overall RAM does nothing for visual effects. That's primarily the job of your GPU. If a game you want to play requires more RAM than you have then more RAM may enable you to play that game or play it more smoothly.

 

Now some platforms can yield you a higher FPS if you use faster RAM such as AMD Ryzen.

I wonder if RAM affect the quality in games, like does it enhance the quality (sharper, more details, ...) or it's just help with the fps.

If you dont max (or near max, say 90%) out the usage (say 15GB out of 16GB used), there wont be any difference.
