What settings should I use in Streamlabs for 1080p 60fps to stream on Twitch and/or YouTube?

i wouldn't use streamlabs. kills your frames. use obs. very similar. so similar infact that streamlabs is based on obs

I'd suggest you look up videos and or atleast give your system specs. More powerful machines should use different settings (small changes) than weaker machines. Also test your internet speed as that's a huge limiter and then post the results.

Your hardware and network specs? For 1080p60 you need 5000kbps or more (Twitch limit is 6000kbps).

my internet download speed is 200mb/s avg and upload speed is 10

You should be fine with that. Streaming doesn't use download, only upload. You are pushing data to servers. YouTube recommends upload to be twice the bitrate you are using.
