Discord lagging while playing R6S

So my discord keeps acting up lately, whenever I play Rainbow Six Siege my discord lags out every few minutes. I can hear my friends but they can't hear me. Sometimes they sound laggy but I'm the only one who's hearing the lag. I think it may be my CPU but I think a Ryzen 5 2600 should be powerful enough to run a game and discord in the background? Switching priorities for both discord and siege doesn't help either, I've tried reinstalling discord and turning hardware acceleration on and off doesn't improve anything either. When playing my CPU reaches about 90% utilization on average, does anyone know what could be the problem?

 

Edit: All other games work perfectly fine, except for R6
