Whats the best ubuntu guys? I want to try a few of them, or they are all the same?

They are practically the same with some underlying feature changes but the main change you will see is the GUI interface. Some interface and GUI's are lighter / heavier (more animations and textures some carry less) this comes in handy when running on older systems or laptops.

[LAPTOP (MacBook Pro 16")] CPU: 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, RAM: 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, SSD: 2 TB

GPU: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8GB Display: 16-inch (3072 x 1920)

They are all the same except for the Desktop Environment. It will all be preference. Ubuntu is Ubuntu.
