Ben a cava

When I change my boot device in bios to my usb with windows downloaded onto it, it loads up and shows a windows logo but then just goes to a blinking space bar and now has gone to an orange screen with yellow stripes

Hey, I’ve just plugged in my usb with windows on it to my new pc to install windows. It says “windows installation encountered an unexpected error. Verify that the installation sources are accessible, and restart the installation”. When it said this I deleted and re installed windows onto the usb and it is saying it again. It just asks for me to make sure all the files are there but they are as I’ve Reinstalled twice and it’s got nothing but the installation on it, any tips?

No it’s an 4 year old usb from a shop called game, no brand. I used it to install windows on my other pc last year, however this isn’t the same file as I deleted it and re installed it

First: what version of Windows are you trying to install?|
Ok,it's in the title... :d
Second: buy another USB stick and make copy fo your installation usb stick.

You may also try different software like unetbootin, balenda etcher and so on to install iso to the usb. Also, you may want to manually delete partition table, if tehre is any, on the drive you are trying to install to. Which brings the question, what kind of drive are you trying to use? Is tehre another OS present there?

Try the install with a single stick of memory in the first slot to eliminate or reduce memory compatibility issues.

That's not how it works, you download the media creation tool to your PC then use it to make the USB into a Windows Installer.
