I’m gonna go through this once since the thread is already way to long, you don’t need 11 pages to get a good part list.

CPU- 3600 should hold you for 3-4 years

motheboard- ok budget option, shouldn’t be able to upgrade to anything more than a stock 3700x though

ram- cheapest 16gb 3200mhz kit

storage-240fb ssd for boot and most used programs, then 2tb for mass storage

GPU- 5600xt is 2060 perofotmance for cheaper

case- cheapest one with a fan preinstalled

psu- WAY overpriced, but the cheapest I could find that is decent in quality.

i don't know alot about pc but i like the price and u seem like u know what your going to it must be good i just want a Pc that get high fps and i can stream at good quality u know with this build will i be able to???? and the case i wanted a RGB something like this

Thermaltake V200 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case

but is it good???

You're on a PC Building Forum, so it's my moral responsibility to recommend you build a PC as it's actually quite easy, cheaper, and more fun. If you do insist on getting a prebuilt, you can go ahead and link us a build you're considering and we can help you determine if it's good or not.

I've heard mixed reviews of iBuyPower. Some people have said it was good and many people don't like it, but not a lot of prebuilts are actually good. The specs are okay for the price, although the non-K processor and the borderline-low-end GTX 1650 will be a detriment to your gameplay. The 240GB SSD will be a huge crunch, you can only really install Windows and 1 game on it. Everything else is taken up by caches and other stuff that will take up your storage. 8GB of RAM is acceptable today, but it's becoming obsolete very quickly, so don't plan on playing games and watching YouTube at the same time.

why

Because we don't know what you're looking at.
We don't know what it costs.
We don't know what it will be used for.
There's a lot of things we don't know here.

If you're going to edit word documents, a 10980XE and a Quadro is a horrible investment.
If you're going to be doing film production, A dual core CPU and a sub-$50 consumer level GPU are a horrible investment.
Paying $70,000 for either of these is a horrible investment.

Here's one from CyberPower. It still has 8GB of RAM but you can buy 16GB separately and sell the original 8GB stick on eBay. It's a super easy procedure.

I would like to remind you that building a PC is cheaper, better, and more fun. I can't force you to build a PC, but I encourage you to do so. It's very easy nowadays, which is why it's gained the term "LEGO for Adults". There are many easy-to-follow tutorials on YouTube do to so.
