Help with new build

Budget (including currency):  10,000 mxn more or less

Country: Mexico

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Design

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  First time computer buyer/builder

Hello everyone I'm looking to build a pc, mainly I will use it for design purposes (photoshop, light gaming, drawing, light video editing etc) I have no idea what to look for or where to focus my budget the most on. Of course, the less I spend the better. Also, I'm not looking for the highest performance but certainly I would like a good bang for buck kind of thing. If I could include the monitor and peripherals (mouse and keyboard) that would be ideal but not mandatory for now.

Thanks in advance!

Are you buying in USD? If not, don't use USD as a price definer, it's irrelevant to you.

Just thought putting that currency would be easier to reference from different countries

It's not.

Not all parts are available everywhere, and prices aren't the same country to country; what costs $50 USD does not cost the equivalent currency in another country.
