Gpu suggetion

My config is:

Intel core i5 4690k (not overclocked)

Gigabyte G1 sniper 5

Gskill trident X 2x8gb 2400mhz ddr3 running on XMP

Thermaltake frio ock air cpu cooler

Thermaltake smart se 730watt psu

Adata su800 128gb ssd

Toshiba 1tb hdd

Hitachi 160gb laptop hdd

.......................

Now my current gpu is sapphire r9 280x 3gb vapor x tri x.....

So....i want to change my gpu.... which gpu will be best for me... in cheap budget... 

For gaming purpose and adobe photoshop, illustrator and after effect......
