Recommended Posts

So I was thinking that one of my partition drive is getting full, so I decided maybe I will move my user folders to my other partition drive, untill.. I accidentally moved one of my user folders as the parent folder of where "originally" my user folders were. Then I tried to move it to the right place I want but I cant. I get the an error(you can find the picture of the error in the pictures that I sent).

PLS HELP ME.

Thank you!!!15913649952177662039073105613491.thumb.jpg.a7fe4588639ab539f1aaa87b26b47d75.jpg

Check to see if you have permission to move that folder? On the last picture, you have read-only so the system will only read the file. Check under that advanced tab to see if there is any checkmark for anything regarding moving the folder. Also, are you running administrator?

Sorry dude I still cant move the desktop user file. I think I only need to move these two files the NTUSER.DAT and Appdata, it seems that I cant move these two files whatever I do. I even tried to enable safe mode and do it there but still no result and I get this error( in the pictures). I dont see the run as administrator in its properties because it is not a program it doesnt have the Shortcut bar(you can see it in the pictures). And for the last try, I tried to boot with shift and restart  and you will see the options there I went and explore in there then I discovered something.... Reset this pc without losing personal data I think that it is? so I clicked it I didnt close my computer. I waited for about 40 minutes and then still nothing

has changed on that user folder I can move every single user folders except the one that I accidentally moved( which is desktop). Thanks dude pls tell me what to do next.
