Sanity check before I order

So my not-so-old notebook decided to have a GPU failure and I need to send it in for repair. Problem is, it takes about 10 days and I'm currently working from home (I'm in design, I do contract work so I don't get supplied company notebooks). So I'm forced to get a new notebook before I send my current model in for repair. It still works, though it's annoying to use with the display blinking black off and on every few minutes.

That said, I found this seemingly great deal with Dell for $790:

It's a Vostro 5590 (think XPS 15 small business edition)

  •  i7-10510U
  • Nvidia MX-250 (this isn't for gaming, it's for hardware acceleration)
  • 16GB DDR4
  • 512GB NVME
  • 15 inch IPS panel (I'm sure this isn't the best, but it's fine for what I need)
  • Backlit keyboard with a fingerprint reader

So I'm just asking before I put the order in, there's no way to get a better deal for similar specs, right? I feel like this is as good as it's going to get but I just want to triple check. Maybe there's some great deals out there that people have come across.

Thanks!
