Is the Corsair TX750W good?

Depends entirely on what parts you'll be using with it, but it's pretty good for many PC's. Although 750W is also 'more watt than needed' for many PC's.

So the context that this answer requires is what parts you'll be using (mainly CPU and GPU).

TX750W or TX750M?

Non-M is quite old.

To be sure, is it actually the TX750W? Or TX750M

The TX750M looks like this:

2001429269.jpeg

That's a fairly modern unit and would work with your system.

The TX750W is quite a bit older and I am not sure how well it has held up over these years.

It's the TXW with the orange label.

No.   It's an antique.

Who’s even selling that any more?

I took the case off my old HX520W and it looked good but if I hadn’t had it just sitting in storage this whole time, I wouldn’t have even considered it.
