Looking for mouse like Cyborg R.A.T Mmo7

Hi Everybody,

 

Unfortunately, my mmo7 mouse died today and one of the features that i loved on it was the side scroll and the 4 directional button:

At the moment, theres any brand that does something similar ?  or any similiar recomendation?
