Mobo and gpu case issues

The "cubes" to the left are just the connectors on the back side, and no, they'll not interfere as the PCIe slots are in general situated below them. So yes, you can install any GPU you like as long as it fits in the case (in terms of length).

It's been a pleasure :)

Just remember to remove the PCIe slot covers and screw the GPU in. But apparently you figured this out already as you seem to have installed another PCIe card already.
