Please suggest the best Ryzen build is Ryzen 9 3900x or Ryzen 7 3700x or wait for 4000 series also suggest best motherboards for the processors and best graphics card for the build

Budget: 150,000 PKR i.e 1200 $

Country: Pakistan

Workload: For gaming and video editing and office work

Other Details: Current CPU Core i3 3rd Gen Processor with GTX 780TI GPU

I want to buy new CPU in next 2 to 3 months

Refresh rate will be around 120 or above

ryzen 7 3700 on a msi b450 a pr, gaming plus, mortar or tomahawk max board or an asus or asrock x570 board.

2x8 gb 3200C16 ram

rtx 2070 super or rx5700xt
