Alot of cards have lights at the power connector, my old 750ti had one

Its really just an indication that theres still power to the system, may be dependent on the motherboard but you can still charge a phone through usb for example with the system off and the power supply on in

CPU: i5-4690k @ 4.4 GHz | RAM: 12GB DDR3 1333MHz | GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 580 4GB

I was looking at other posts and people were complaining about it but I don’t mind it I kinda like it. Is it okay if I leave it like this?

Its perfectly fine, it would be drawing a measly amount of power

If you get worried or get annoyed you can always just switch it off at the power supply too (after safely shutting down of course)

There should be an option in BIOS for that.

That’s normal, if you like it, leave it. If you want it gone, there is a bios setting that stops it without you having to turn off the psu itself.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

Quote or tag me so I can see your response
