Does a Ryzen 3 2300x Paired with an XFX rx 570 8gb XXX edition Cause bottleneck? I'm Just Confused and also if you know anything i can do to make my graphics card (that doesn't involve overclocking) Let me Know!

bottleneck depends entirely on the game and performance target. Maybe you have a bottleneck, maybe not, you have to tell us what you're after.

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

They are decent match for each-other. I'd imagine for the mass majority of graphics intensive games you would be far more GPU bottlenecked (even overclocked) then you would be CPU bound. But it entirely depends on the application/workload.

GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
