Usb devices

I have got an issue that when I turn the pc on from a cold boot at times, either the mouse or keyboard or my headset do not work or nothing works.  When they keyboard fails I get an error message on the bios screen saying no keyboard detected. Windows system manager shows an error of  `usb device descriptor failed`. I also get an occasional  windows error of not enough usb resources. If I unplug the device and plug it back in it works fine but it getting really annoying!. I have a rog x570-f motherboard, rog strix scope keyboard, rog gladius 11 gaming mouse and rog delta headset all with aura sync enabled. If I use a cheap mouse and keyboard they work every time and my xbox controller works everytime as well. I have tried latest asus chipset drivers and the latest ones from amd. Anyone got any ideas? I was thinking about a format and a fresh install of windows but my doubt is that I get the keyboard error in the bios.

There might be something with the aurasync.

 

You should uninstall the aurasync and try a boot without it. If it works that was the problem. If it doesn’t then I don’t know. Worth trying.

Probably would of been better off in the troubleshooting subforum (maybe ask a mod to move it), but it sounds like the motherboard/USB controller is causing an issue (this isn't an area I'm well versed in, just what it sounds like).
