I'm looking for around a 650watt and I found one, but the 750 watt is $5 cheaper. Is there a reason why? Should I get the 750w? Will it be OK? My current estimated power draw is around only 350 watt, but I'm definitely thinking of upgrading later on and want to have the option there for me.

Doesn't make sense.
Buy now before Newegg realizes the mistake.
Having 100W more, especially if it costs less, isn't going to hurt.
