My PC isn't posting with the new processor and the DRAM is always on.

My PC has an i5-7640x,  I upgraded it to an i9-10900x but it's not posting with the new processor, I putted in the i5 again and everything works , I updated the bios than again I tried the i9 and still no post.

I did everything I could, switching the RAM to every slot , resetting the CMOS etc.

The pc works perfectly with the i5.

And I checked to see if my motherboard is compatible with the i9 and it is.

Can you help me guys?
