imma keep the battery cause upgrading in the future will be a tad easier, and does the case come with a fan???

Could you speak clearly? I have no idea what you're referring to at this point then.

 

The case in the build list I provided comes with an exhaust fan, as is shown in the photos. It doesn't include any intakes. (That's pretty standard for most cases under $90+)

Are you referring to a CMOS battery from a previous build? That's the only conceivable meaning I could draw from this...

A CMOS battery is a battery. It's not a little storage device that stores BIOS information. 

It does power the little piece that stores BIOS on the motherboard... So if you took out the CMOS battery, the BIOS will reset, but it's just because the power came out.

 

If your motherboard doesn't have BIOS compatible with the CPU, it just plain won't boot.
