I need recommendations of power supplies under $100 CAD that won’t light on fire or blow up. 450W is perfectly fine for my part list.

I'd suggest taking a look at the PSU tier list and choosing the best one that fits your budget and meets your power requirements.

Ryzen 3 3100, XFX Radeon RX 570 4 GB RS XXX Video Card, MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard, Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory, and two be quiet! Pure Wings 2 92 33.15 CFM 92 mm fans

Estimated wattage is 300W, but I don’t think that’s a common PSU type

Oh, and I’m building in an Acer Aspire AM1201 case from 2008

Well, there's the Gigabyte PB 650w for $70 CAD, it's Tier B, recommended for low-end systems with a discrete GPU.

For B+ tier (recommended for midrange systems), there's the Corsair CX 450w for $85 CAD, the EVGA GD 500w(2019) for $99.50, and the Antec Neo Eco Zen for $99.99.

All of them are non-modular PSUs.
