High temperature or its normal?

Also because of that power consumption different, my electricity sometimes goes down. Maybe because my AC (700W),i cant play with a cooler ambience, thats a bad idea too. Only using a fan and heavy gpu intensive games

I just bought it when RX 5600 XT launched at 1 month after buying this. Better price and cooler, maybe..
