I was doing research on x570 boards and I did not hear good things about that board. idk what others have to say as I have not used it. I think the VRM cooling was subpar compared to others in the same price rage or even lower cost and maybe the VRM was not the best either I forgot exactly.

But I would suggest to get like a gigbyte aorus elite or TUF. maybe see what others say but GL finding a board in stock rn

the rest looks fine to me

cooler is pretty bad for the money. motherboard is bad, see advice above.

samsung drive is overpriced, you can get a nvme drives that's 4 times as fast for the same money

a 550w psu would be enough.

you can get away with a msi b450 max board, they will accept the new series of cpus as well. otherwise, go for an asus or asrock x570.

for cooler, a arctic freezer 34 esports duo or any other cooler that has 2 fans, not just one.

Here's a revised list with a better motherboard, better ram with tighter timings, NVMe SSD, case with better airflow and a reasonable PSU. You won't need 750W at all, even the 650 I went with are a ton, but it's priced well that's why I went with it. If it has to be fully modular, go with the CoolerMaster MWE Gold ($99.99) instead.

You didn't specify what you will be using the machine for, so I didn't upgrade any parts with the money I saved. But you could potentially get a 3700X or a 2080 Super with your budget and the adjustments we suggested.

You'll be able to flash the B450 bios to support Ryzen 3000 as well, AMD backpedaled on that. If you don't need PCIe 4.0, B450 is an option for sure. Or wait for B550 which should release soon - pricing will be $130 and upwards as well from what I've seen so far. The Asus PRIME X570-P is a good board and it's rarely in stock these times, I haven't seen it for this price in weeks.
