A guy used threadripper 3990x's task manager (YES the one with lots of squares) as a display. (4bits 14*9+2 display)

I thought its pretty cool. Anyone know how he did it? is it legit?

I don't know if this is real but hypothetically you could make a program that forcibly schedules a given task on a given core and does something at the right intervals to produce a given load.
